TDM Pipeline Solutions is a division of TDM Group Australia, the country’s leading pipeline network management company. We have operations in Victoria, New South Wales, and have the capability to deliver projects nation-wide.
There are three separate entities/divisions:

TDM Pipeline Solutions specialises in Commercial, Industrial and Network Services assisting clients such as Civil Contractors, Local Councils and Water Authorities. Developed through experience, TDM Pipeline Solutions provides capacity for larger projects and consistency when delivering contracts.
The Drain Man
The Drain Man assists Residential and Semi-Commercial clients such as Facility Maintenance Managers, Property Managers and the General Public. A trusted name within the plumbing industry, The Drain Man provides flexibility to react to urgent requests and proactive maintenance programs.
TDM Traffic Management
TDM Traffic Management supports the other divisions of the TDM Group as well as industry contractors and stakeholders. Established through continual improvement, TDM Traffic Management provides reliability and uncompromised safety for the TDM Group, contractors and the community alike.

Safety is a critical focal point of the Group to ensure our professional services from concept through to completion, and implementation have the highest safety considerations. Through our management team in the office to our operations on site, we have nominated health and safety representatives who have completed health and safety representative training
Our History
A rich history that spans in excess of 20 years starting from a general plumbing contractor in 2001 to one of Australia’s leading drainage network and pipeline rehabilitation contractors.
In 2001 based out of a 2-bedroom rented unit Brenco Services was started by the group owner / founder Brendan Dover a licenced and qualified plumber started Brenco Services as a one-person general plumbing business, in the short space of 2 years (2003) the business moved away from general plumbing to specialise in drain clearing of which “The Drain Man” was formed.
Specialising in drain clearing in 2004 the business was subcontracted to perform House Connection Branch and House Connection Drain clearing for Transfield (then Abi Group) on their Yarra Valley Water maintenance contract and in late 2007 the business started drain relining / rehabilitation for domestic customers. In 2009 and on the back of progressive growth the business relocated to new premises in Ringwood and in the same year started to perform drain relining / rehabilitation services within the Yarra Valley Water network as a subcontractor to Scultz Plumbing.
From 2009 through to 2016 the business continued to steadily grow and expanded its capabilities to perform services within the mainline sewer and stormwater networks for water authorities and councils around Melbourne of which included investing in robotic cutters and CCTV inspection equipment. In late 2016 the business secured a plumbing license in New South Wales and also purchased a new premises in Bayswater North where the company continues to reside today of which is the major operational depot for our Melbourne operations and the group head office.
In 2017 the business entered the New South Wales market setting up in Sydney and in 2018 and after 14 years as a second-tier subcontractor The Drain Man secured the House Connection Branch Rehabilitation Contract with Yarra Valley Water of which is a contract that kick started a significant growth phase for the business. Over the next 3 years the business continued to invest into technology and the capabilities of the business including the establishment of the groups traffic management business TDM Traffic Management due to an increased demand for these services.
In the midst of the COVID19 pandemic in 2021 the business entered another growth phase and reshaping for the future of which included the establishment of TDM Group Australia and the establishment and rebranding of our Network Services / Mainline Rehabilitation division TDM Pipeline Solutions. With operations now in Melbourne and Sydney the group of companies today has a workforce of 70 employees and growing with capabilities to service drainage and pipeline networks from 100mm up to 2,000mm with leading edge technologies and service capabilities specialising in servicing and rehabilitating drainage and pipeline networks.
